| I think many others don't share my philosophy. I believe in "cause-effect" relationships. I believe much of what happens to us is a result of our actions. Why should I feel sympathy for those who put themselves in bad situations? I think the time to think about your actions is *before* you make them occur, not after an incident occurs as a result of not thinking things out. Yes, I hope she gets better. But let's look at what went on here: Some idiot is a known bad driver. The idiot has no license as a result of being a bad, idiotic driver. This idiotic driver also likes the poster's girlfriend. Knowing all this, the girlfriend still gets in his car. Brilliant. If they weren't part of such a moronic circle of friends, this would not have happened. I hope she gets well soon, but I think some thought should be put into questioning one's actions. Most likely, though, they'll just react to my post emotionally (instead of logically) and continue to make irrational decisions.
